Providing better and more affordable housing could be the next Capitalist Achievement

In an article written in the Economist magazine in 2015, Capitalism Begins at Home, the current state of housing around the world is seen as an area that needs improvement considering over 200 million people live in sub-standard housing.

Joseph Alois Schumpeter (1883 - 1950) one of the 20th century's greatest intellectuals and economists is best known for his theories on business cycles and capitalist development and for introducing the concept of entrepreneurship.  Schumpeter said that that the miracle of capitalism lies in democratising of wealth.

But in today's world, the Economist states, the three areas where capitalism has failed us is health care, education and housing.  In the future of the world, the next Capitalist Achievement is providing better & more affordable housing to people across the world.
